How quickly do you respond to calls in Willow Springs?+
For active leaks or storm damage, we prioritize Willow Springs calls and typically have a crew on-site within a few hours. Standard inspections and estimates are usually scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, often sooner depending on our current route through Willow Springs.
Do you provide free, upfront pricing before starting work?+
Yes. Every job starts with a free inspection and a written, itemized estimate. We don't start work off a verbal quote, and the price you approve is the price on the final invoice unless you request additional work.
Are you licensed and insured to work in Willow Springs, IL?+
Yes — Big Toms Roofing is fully licensed to perform Emergency Roof Repair in IL, and we carry both general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to provide documentation before you sign anything.
What emergency roofing services are available in Willow Springs?+
Our emergency line is staffed around the clock. If water is actively coming in, call +1-855-469-0306 first — we'll get a tarp and temporary fix in place fast, then schedule the permanent repair.
Will you work directly with my insurance company?+
Yes — we document damage with detailed photos and can meet your adjuster on-site to walk through findings. Many Willow Springs customers say this cuts weeks off their claim process.
How long does a full roof replacement take?+
A standard single-family reroof usually wraps in a day or two once we're on-site; larger or steeper roofs, or metal systems, can take a bit longer. You'll get an exact estimate before we schedule.
What roofing materials do you install?+
Our Willow Springs crews are certified for major shingle manufacturers as well as metal roofing and commercial membrane systems — we'll help you choose based on budget, home style, and how long you plan to stay in the house.
What kind of warranty comes with a new roof?+
Yes — we back our labor with a written workmanship guarantee, and manufacturer-certified installations qualify for extended material warranties as well.
Do you do pre-listing or pre-purchase roof inspections?+
We do these regularly for Willow Springs homebuyers, sellers, and their realtors. You'll get a documented report covering material condition, flashing, ventilation, and estimated remaining lifespan.
